Rustic Chicken Pizza

Another new recipe at our house that is a new favorite!!!


chicken cut into bit size pieces (you can use rotisserie chicken or I just usually pan cook some breasts with a little seasoning)
2 roma tomatoes
1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
ranch dressing
parmesean cheese
mozzerella cheese
refrigerated pizza dough (by the cookies and biscuits)

Roll our your pizza dough onto a cookie sheet (We like the rectangle cookie sheets. The round ones are a little bit too small).

Cook it for about 6 minutes on 375 degrees. You are wanting it to start to not be so gooey.

When you bring it out of the oven, cover the crust in a mixture of ranch dressing and parmesean cheese. This is basically your pizza sauce - so use as much or as little as you like.

Put on spinach, chicken, cheese, and top with tomato slices.
Put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
